THE HABEAS INDEX is a space for gatherings, presentations and discussions about downtown Los Angeles and urban issues. You are invited to join us! The project is based in the new art space@7+FIG. You  can find in the middle level, above Golds Gym and below the street level, at the foot of the escalator.
